We are committed to full transparency regarding our hourly rates, which will be thoroughly reviewed during our initial discussions. Generally, 75-90% of the billed hourly rate is allocated directly to the team member, while Global One Remote retains 10-25% to cover the comprehensive benefits we offer, as well as ongoing compliance, recruitment, HR, and payroll expenses. The higher the hourly rate, the lower the percentage that is allocated to our team.
